Nice store. Went in for some ointment and the associate was helpful and friendly. I could tell she was interested in animals and not there just for a paycheck. Store was clean and well organized. It’s not a super Walmart it’s a pet store. Met all expectations. Will come again.

I love the bathtubs! I wash maxx once per season (maybe even twice if he gets in the dirt again ha) but anyways I like the fact that I can pay $10 to wash my own pet, shampoo, and blow dry without ruining my home and worrying about the cleanup. There are free treats in a jar at the wash station, aprons, leashes for bathing (so you won’t have to get yours wet), towels, and three places for blow drying! The service is on point as well. Maxx is an American cocker spaniel and his fur is very hard to detangle, the cashier/floor associate saw me struggling with my comb and recommended that I should opt for a shampoo brush (which I reluctantly bought and LOVE)
