The cashiers are generally okay, but nobody is ever available too answer questions or help.  The dog training was GREAT and the instructor outstanding.  I'd give 4 stars except for the shoddy care we've gotten from Banfield

We went to this PetSmart to get our cat's claws clipped because he doesn't like having it done. A couple of minutes after we dropped him off, we were called back to the grooming salon because they needed him to be held so that they could clip his claws. After he had bitten me once, they gave me a towel to cover his head while she finished clipping them. I shouldn't have to hold him so that someone who us being paid to clip his claws can clip them. Also, after we had checked out and were waiting for our ride, the cashier rudely got our attention so that she could ask how much he weighs. I'm really glad that we happened to have a coupon that made the clipping $4 instead of $12.

Had a appointment for Banfeild at 2pm there was a car accident we had to take a side road we walked into petsmart at 2:05 just to be told by a very rude girl that we would have to rescedule our new puppie visit they only have a grace period of late for 10 min and she look at her watch and said it 2:11 well yea now you been argue witg us for the past 6 min. I went to talk to the actual store manager who said yes i rember cause we walk in together at 2:05  but the girl in banfeild trt to lie and say we got there after 10 min. So when i ask to speak to banfeild manger she was not there and im still waiting on her call. That was over 2 months ago.. and i have called left several messages
Never recived a call back yet... Dont take your animal to this laurel banfeild they are rude and inconsiderate..

Scheduled my cat for grooming weeks ago. Was called an hour before appointment to be told she's not qualified to do hair cuts on cats. Making it a very expensive and glorified bath I could just give him at home. I was under the impression I'd be getting him a hair cut. Today I learn that not all petsmart groomers actually are trained to groom. Disappointed to say the least.

My Coco just loved her grooming visit. The groomers are very nice and caring. They did a wonderful job on Coco.
