Love the convenience of washing my dogs and doing so at my pace and time.  My come out smelling clean and refreshed. The water pressure could be stronger but overall is great.

My first time being here and I loved it . So many more treat choices for my little fury friend at home . Everything is well organized and easy to find . They were very helpful and very friendly people . If you live in south philly definitely make this your go to pet store for your furry babies

Bad customer service,  retailer talking on a personal cell phone bad to wait 5 minutes just to speak with a retailer.  Not professional. Very disappointed in my first time visit.
