Very nice people, GROOMER was excellent in handling my dog. Cut was good, a little uneven , i guess i wouldnt even mention, if it cost less, but other wise nice. A little more money then other places.. The wait time a little longer then most places too.

KUDOS to the fellow with the dark rimmed glasses for helping me locate the stainless bird dish, and he also looked up the other stores to see who had more in stock (didn't catch his name).

I haven't confirmed this yet but they sold us a snake they knew was sick and it wasn't about money or customer service it was about falling in love with a pet and then watching him die. When he would eat we called for his feeding schedule and they don't keep copies. If there's a two week return period why would you throw out all of an animals records? I'll update this if I find out otherwise, but looking back I'm pretty sure we were sold a snake that they knew was sick.
