Staff gives great suggestions for treats and toys.  Self serve dog wash is great and reasonably priced!  some things are overpriced but I don't mind because of the location and the staff, so they get my support anyway.  They also have a decent website.  The only pets they sell are cats from a local cat rescue, which is admirable.  The toys etc that are sold are higher priced but they are also not cheap crap.  The only thing I wish is that they had a bit more selection.
