My experience was wonderful! I have a 19 year old cat who i adore, had a nasty tooth abscess. I was able to get in quickly! Service always friendly! Very helpful! The furry Staff are just as great! Myself & my fur baby are feeling better! Thanks cant even cover it!! 2 happy campers!!

My dog was given 2 shots in the leg (routine shots) and could not sit or lay down for 3 days. He would stand with his head on the couch until his legs buckled from exhaustion. I had to pick him up and lay him on his bed while he cried "bloody murder" every night so he could rest. I don't know if there was an air bubble in the shot or a bad dose, but it wasn't good.

He also was given worms meds that didn't work. I'm not sure if he was re-infected or if the dose was too low, but it should be known also. 

Not very happy with them.

Its funny. I was looking for  a new vet.  My vet is the best, but he is a drive away and the wait is long (past Sunny Slope Farms)...So i thought. Let me look and see if there something closer.  I looked at your comments, then at the map, and bam. I remembered.  I went to this woman too.  (if she is the one with the arrogant sign that says "its mine, its all mine")  Anyway.  I only went once and found her rude and condescending.  Its not my fault a basset get ear infections.  Its a shame, because she is close.  Wasn't happy with her 'bed side' manner towards my hound either.  We just didn't jive.
