So this place is suppose to open at 11. It didn't open til about 2PM. So I come in and I start looking at the animals. I asked did they have a bathroom and he said no I'll have to go to the store beside them. I said okay I'll be right back. I come back 2 minutes later and it there is a sign on the door that says be back in 30 minutes gone to lunch. It has now been an hour and 15 minutes. Poor management here.

Sign says store is closed for a few months for moving, if it is going to be closed so long why can't it stay open for limited hours? Obviously don't care about customers or running a business.

A year or so I visited this store to see their saltwater fish collection. What a mistake. Tanks were full of alge while husbandry not being performed. As of 08/2017 I'm not sure if things have changed.
