The staff is friendly and helpful. I seem to find almost everything I come there for. However, the lines there can build up quickly and most times, a second register isn't open for customers when there's plenty of staff available.

Great variety of pet foods for all ages of pets!! The staff are well informed and can answer most questions. Good variety of pet supplies & carriers.

always have a great selection of animals and adoption day, but when i inquired about buying a rat i got attitude about whether or not i was "actually going to buy it" and when i did the lady who helped me refused to "touch" the rat even though she had gloves on, called the rat nasty, and instead chased it around for 5 minutes with the animal hut scaring it badly. good store just not a lot of good workers

I buy treats here for my dog. She loves to come in with me to get them. The cashiers and associates are always friendly and helpful.
