This place needs to be shut down. Absolutely horrible. Birds in 10gal terrariums, kittens in a terrarium with wood chip bedding. Same with the puppies they have. Full grown rats, probably 6-8, in 10gal tanks. At least 20 mice in 10 gal tanks also. I feel so bad for these poor animals. Go to PetSmart if you want to purchase/adopt an animal. There the animals are well taken care of, healthy, and the employees are very knowledgeable.

They are friendly  but the pets are way over priced.  I wanted a puppy. Not for the price asking. I wanted to.give this dog a good home.   I aldo got a cat there for 50. Then come a couple months later and they jacked the prices to 200$ for a cat. How in the hell does a price go up that much?  I can just go to pet smart and get an animal for much cheaper. It's a shame because I love pet zone

They had large rabbits attempting to breed with one guinea pig and a chinchilla in the small enclosure with them. The rabbits breeding or attempting to breed with everything there. The puppies almost seem sick or unhealthy in some way. Some items can be overpriced including extremely common animals which are in some places much cheaper and healthier. Give mostly inaccurate information, and I am usually well educated in most captive animals. I wouldn’t recommend getting animals from the establishment, maybe items.

Worst place to get your pets from! These poor animals are stuck in cages for too small. Full size rats (5 of them) in a tiny 10 gal aquarium. The kittens are in a small glass cage in wood chips... I felt so bad for them all. Absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t give these ppl any business!

While they may not have the selection on the shelf that Petco, they have great customer service and the quality of life of their animals is a lot better. Petco has so much death going on behind the scenes. (Every time I get fish from them they get ick and die). Pet zone has a good selection of animals and products and I've never had an issue with anything dying. Also if you can't find what you want they are more than willing to order it in for you. Sure their process may be a little higher but the quality is better. We get pet rats and feeder mice from them ALL the time!
