I really think the people they hire need to be better trained to handle Animals. The Animals they sale their are treated like products to be shoved out the dore not Animals. They have know knowledge of anything and if you ask them a question about the animals They Are selling they don't know and won't find out. I was buying two Guinea pigs and I asked multiple times if they were both girls and got told yes multiple times. When I found a still born in the cage I Took The one of found out was a boy back and ask three more people if it was a boy or a girl, they all said girl.. they were wrong and all they said was oh okay well we adopt Baby Guinea pigs. They have know clue what to do. And I'm highly disappointed in how they are trained and treat people

The lady, Dana, in the fish area was out right rude. We had bought 1 Beta and 10 Neon Tetras a few weeks ago. We had been told they could all go in the same fish tank. We were told they should get along just fine. "Betas are only aggressive to other Betas." The Beta proceeded to pick at the other fish until he killed them. We brought back the Beta. When we explained the situation to the fish lady, Dana, she was very snarky and said.... "Yah, it a Beta." We only put these fish together because we given the recommendation from the other people who worked in the fish area. We will not return!
