I just called in with some questions about dog food and was so impressed by the customer service of the lady who answered the phone I felt compelled to write a review. She immediately went to go check and see if they had the brand of dog food I was looking for, what size bags they had in stock, and came back with other helpful information that I hadn't thought to ask for. That NEVER happens these days! It seems like when I call someplace I usually get put on hold forever, the person taking the call sounds put out that they have to go check on something, etc. Kudos to Petco,  I'm now going to make my purchase there instead of online.

I will not take my little dog back there for grooming.  They were greatly lacking customer service, they acted like we were bothering them.  They were more interested in going outside for a cigarette break. I specifically asked them to groom my dog a specific way and they did just the opposite.   I feel they are inadequately trained and don't listen. Even the manager of the grooming department was rude.

I love Petco! I really do! Although everything seems to be more expensive then if you were to go to Walmart, and the bettas are kept in awful conditions. Other than that, I love Petco!

We had our 90 pound German Shepard fluffed and buffed. They did a great job and she even had a pink bow in her hair. Computer issues made paying and getting finished a problem but all is well. The computer issues also negated using her Petco card for points/discounts. It was not the fault of the store.
