I just recently adopted a kitten so I had to go to pet o to get some things. Walking in I had no clue what to get. An associate by the name Tiara was very helpful. Other than being the ONLY associate to greet me, she gave me a welcome book (I think that’s the name of it) and also informed me of the main things I would need right away. Even though I asked a lot of questions she had no problem answering any of them. Plus she smiled the whole time! Wonderful customer service. I will be back😄

This Petco was great. The aquatic section had amazing people there. Although the fish aren’t the healthiest or finest it still does have some nice fish. I wouldn’t recommend to buy any betas since most of them will suffer more as you bring them back because of their living conditions in the past. I would like to shout out two employees who worked there. The first employee had helped me multiple times when I go there. Sorry if I forgot his name but he was nice, black, friendly, kinda tall and willing to do anything to help you. Thank you so much! Highly would recommend him to help you. He just came in 3 months ago. Gabby was also really nice and treated me kindly. The other employees wouldnt really care on what pet you’re getting. They’re just there to get your fish and that’s it. But the guy that I was talking about would recommend which foods, requirements and information about the fish or animal. Thank you

The whole grooming staff is very friendly and competent. The groomer Diamond had my cockapoo looking and feeling a million times better than when I take him to the vet! Will definitely be bringing him back.

They always have a good variety of saltwater marine fish. Just remember to quarantine your new purchases before putting them in the display tank. New shipments every Tuesday and Friday

They have a little clearance rack in the front of the store and i find some great deals there. Today i got a super cute large sized matching pink harness and collar for my Akita mix... for a grand total of 15$ (a great deal).
