I scheduled a appt. for my puppy to be groomed earlier this week. The entire store was not yet open. My appt was for 9am, after sitting out in the rain with other customers for about 30mins, I left. I was never contacted with a follow up or any type of concern. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. If you cant arrive to work on time why would I expect a great groom service for my pup.

Worst Petco I’ve ever been to in my life. The cashier was rude, didn’t ask if I was an awards member or anything. I will never go back to this Petco again, if I could have a negative star it would be a negative 10.

I paid in advance $89 for a private  dog lesson.  The trainer and I had conflicting schedules. When I try to get a return of my money for a lesson that never took place, I was told that I would need to bring in my receipt.  I explain to them that I used my rewards card telephone number and paid with a credit card,  so their should be a receipt for  this transaction in their system. They said that  not only did they remember me coming in but also, that they can see the receipt in their system but that I would still need my paper receipt.  To date, I have yet to receive a return of my money and I am no longer interested in receiving a training dog lesson from unscrupulous people .  The store leader " Charles " is rude  and belligerent. He was disrespectful and combative.  Can't believe that someone actually hired this guy to represent their business. I only wish that I could give negative stars. I will never shop at Petco again. I'll make sure, to tell my friends, and everyone that I know, to do their  shopping at Pet-smart

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! They called me and told me they "nicked" my dog, and that it was minor, and not an issue. However, "for policy reasons," needed to take her to a vet. When I got to the store, her neck had been sliced open an inch long and a half an inch wide. I could see into her neck. The shotty vet they took her to didn't even close the gap in her neck. I had to take her to my vet, so they could shave the area, close the large hole, and provide actual care.
