Absolutely terrible! As I entered the store, there was no greeting what so ever. The first employee I saw was grumpy and scowling while looking around. The first group of animals I viewed was the farrets. They were all sleeping in their own feces. The cage itself was filled with 10+ flies and mounds of feces. Makes me sick!!! The turtle tank... wow. Rusty cage on the top, filthy water and growths hanging off of their shells. The hamsters were crammed in really small spaces. The birds had broken feathers and the cats were so depressed. All the animals had no life to them and were very depressing... I do not recommend coming into this store unless you want to see animal neglect, failure of upkeep and a lifeless environment.

Lindy in grooming is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She did not encourage me to purchase extra grooming services but recommended what was needed at the time. My dog appears to love it here as opposed to another local grooming business that my dog disliked. $30 for a mid size grooming and bath. Kudos to Lindy.

Wish they had more clearence toys i have a very large American bulldog and any toy is a ten minute destroy job to her I wanted to get her a bunch but most toys at least 10$ or more

Flies literally everywhere it makes me sick. Ferrets were the worst. We counted at least 10 in the cage. Animals all look lifeless and or sick. I wouldn't recommend getting anything here whatsoever.

Not exactly the brightest or most prompt staff. We took our dog for a grooming appointment and everybody behind that small counter was stumbling on each other, trying to figure out what the heck was going on. I don't know why five adult women needed to be behind the counter at the same time, but whatever gets their bills paid I guess.
