Excellent customer service for every department. Grooming department is SUPERB! My Star (lab) and I feel right at home when we are there. Even the cashiers give my Star some love when we come in.

Horrible. Infested with spiders! Be careful not to touch anything on shelves, spiders and webs are everywhere. They live behind turtles and cricket area...and all shelves on fish side of store. They even drop down from ceiling. Please call pest control...it's ridiculous!!!!

I would give you a 5, but if i ever get harassed by the the lady with blue buffalo shirt on again, I'll change it to a 1. I don't know what her affiliation with your store is, if she's a sales or hype person for your big brand, but even the cashier wanted her gone.

Seems as if they think that I was a issue when I was the only person at the register they immediately called for someone to come to assist. When I had to inform the cashier that he/she did not ring up one of the items that I was purchasing. Don't think I will be returning to this place for business.
