Nice quiet little per supplies store. They seem like they are knowledgeable and helped me in the past. Its never crowded, which is a plus.

Took my dog to the groomer here. Good price, very helpful staff. But very busy. Overall very happy with them and will continue to bring my little buddy to them.

They did a great job washing my COCO. & they're collars are so cute , the 20$ is worth it unlike most places. I'm definitely coming back!

They make you feel like you are family. Prices are great. They take really good care of the cats that are up for adoption. Most of all, Carolina is the best greeter when you walk through the door.

I have been a customer for a LONG time. Purchased an overpriced pet bed that my dog wouldn't use TWO WEEKS ago with a debit card and was told I could return it with my receipt which I did...little did I know that although I paid with a debit card with instant deduction from my checking account, this store required that my refund be placed back on my same debit card after which I will actually RECEIVE my refund in 48 to 72 hours!! Nowhere is there a return policy posted! This is ludicrous! Are you unaware that there are so many other cheaper competitors who are more with up to date with processing of refunds? After the crappy grooming service we've received twice in a row, I'm afraid this was the icing on the cake. You lost our business today!
