Great prices on Nick nac items for your pet.

Took my dog to use the washing facilities. They didn't clean their brushes properly and literally the very next day, my dog was infested with fleas from head to toe. I keep my dog clean and have had him for years, never once have I had trouble with fleas. Talked to the manager and not only did he refuse to do anything about it, but didn't even offer so much as an apology. Now my cat and dog both are infested with fleas, and even I'm getting bitten by them. It's going to cost a lot of money and take a lot of time to undo the damage caused by these people.

On a different note. They stopped carrying a sensitive stomach catfood for my 15 year old cat. I asked them if they could restock it and they refused, telling me to go order it myself online.

Don't waste your time with these people. And absolutely DO NOT bring your pet here. At best you'll get shoddy customer service and a limited selection of overpriced pet products.

Amazing customer service at all times, they have a lot of food varieties and fresh treats that are gluten/grain free.. honestly couldn't be happier. They also sell doggy ice cream and other great things for your furry friend!

This is a small store when it comes to inventory but a BIG store when it comes to knowledgeable staff. They troubleshoot your questions with such a degree of concern. They help in getting good deals too. Heather specifically knows what she it's talking about. Though they couldn't help me at their store she sent me to a larger store with specific instructions and to a highly recommended vet just around the corner. Listen to her. She knows what's up! Thanks Heather!

I love this little Petco. It used to be Petco Unleashed which is like a smaller version of the regular petco stores. But it has everything and is a cozy and convenient little store next to Publix. My dog likes the doggie bar treats.  They are great! The staff and selection are great also 🐶😊
