I have so much love for this place! As a new dog and fish owner, I always have an absurd amount of questions every time I come and I am always greeted with the warmest and most helpful assistance. Maddie is the best with helping us with our pups! She gave us tons of dietary info and was super loving and kind with our dogs. Connor and Anthony kill the fish game and are always patient with all of our questions and always give us the best service. FIVE STARS ALL DAY!

The store and retail staff are excellent - this review concerns the grooming staff and services. We've taken our dog to be groomed here three times. The first time was excellent. The second time, they booked dogs from a groomer who called out and didn't have a replacement groomer nor did they notify customers of what was happening. My dog ended up staying at the groomer for 7 hours and still wasn't finished when I cam to pick her up. Today we went in for an appointment that we had scheduled and found out there was a miscommunication in the time. We wrote down what time they told us to come in, but they had booked a different time. We ended up being a half hour late, even though we arrived at the time they had given us over the phone. They don't provide courtesy calls, emails, or text messages to confirm your booking time either, so you don't have evidence of the time you agreed on. Upon entry there was no one at the desk, and when someone did come from the back to help me she was not very friendly. She started out by telling me that, because I was late, it was going to be 4.5 hours until I could pick up my dog. I opted to just cancel the appointment and we purchased equipment to groom her ourselves. Someone did come out into the store to ask what the problem was and attempt to rectify the situation (she was very kind to us), but I opted out of using their services and took the DIY approach. If your dog has an easy to groom coat, I recommend just purchasing the equipment yourself. We paid $55 for clippers and nail trimmers and our dog was done in 45 minutes and looks exactly how we like. Skip dealing with the unfriendly staff and miscommunications.

The store itself is fine and not unlike any other Petco I've been to. The staff are very kind and helpful. I am disappointed however in the grooming services. I took my dog today for a full service puppy package which includes a bath, blow dry, brush out, ear cleaning, and nail trim. When I arrived and looked at the invoice there was an additional charge for nail grinding, which I did not request. The stylist checking me out said that it was rung up improperly and she accompanied me to the register and told them not to charge me for it. That was not a huge deal. What bothered me most was finding my dogs ears had the same debris in them as he did when I brought him in. His report card said that they were clean which was clearly not the case. Frankly, I think that they are overpriced and it would be better to bathe your dog on your own if you are able to.
