Horrible experience. I had good friends refer me to this place; however my experience couldn’t be worse and I would tell anyone to think twice about trusting them with your loved one. My dog is still injured weeks after my visit. Two days in my dog stopped showing up on the cameras and I called multiple times with no answer. I then called on my pick up day super excited to see if I could get him early and asked how he did? They said he did fine and wouldn’t be ready early. When I arrived they told me something happened a day or so ago and asked if he always favors his right side?! Then they quickly referred me to an associate who said my 75 lb. dog was “trampled”by large dogs and is having trouble walking. They never called me and they never told me anything. Even when I finally got them on the phone. The manager Brooks later said that the associate used a poor choice of words and no longer works for them. They then handed me my dogs bed that was shredded and in a bag as they had given it accidentally to another dog. Brooks said they would compensate for the bed, which he keeps giving excuses and still has not done. Needless to say it was a horrible experience and my dog will be going in for a third vet visit in three weeks. He still cannot run or climb stairs and has trouble getting up. Absolutely horrible experience. He also developed a cough a few days after I picked him up which luckily went away. The manager told me that I was unlucky as they only get 5 or 6 a year. We were definitely unlucky.... and are still saddened and trying to figure out how to help our special buddy. I will never use this facility again.

Super friendly staff always greets me and my fur baby. She even has a barking hound "pet name". When we fist started she would be very hesitant and nervous. Now when I mention Doggie Day Care, she is first at the door! She is always happy and pleasantly exhausted when I pick her up. The pricing structure is convenient I can pay daily or weekly. They even have a package deal for day care that you can auto renew which is good for me since Panda goes at least 3xs a week. Barking Hound Lofts is highly recommended but this busy single and her Panda Bear!

Dogs got sick at this place and had to be taken to the vet. Posted the experience about it on another website forum. The ceo Matt Fishman read the review apparently. I know this not because he reached out and responded to try and make it right. Nope. Instead, using his real name, he bumped every other unrelated thread on the website with a bunch of one word responses in an effort to bury the negative post about his business. He did this on two occasions when it became one of the top threads on the site. I have the screenshots. Also have a screenshot of him writing a 5 star yelp review of his own business as a customer. Pretty sure that’s against yelp policy but whatever. As I see it, if you’re spending that much time hiding/making up stuff about your business, it probably isn’t a good one. Leadership starts at the top, which explains the deflection of blame by his employees to skirt responsibility. Would give zero stars if applicable.

Brooks & team have been positively amazing since we rescued our 1st dog three years ago (we were total rookies). The environment they create for dogs to do what they do best is priceless. Always a packed house (yes, some times the older building smells like a lot of dogs). But there our dog never comes home with anything less than an ear to ear grin. She also promptly passes out and is wiped out the next day! Now, if Brooks could do the same thing for our cat...:) So grateful for all that the team does to help us give our dog the best possible experience while living in a crowded and hectic city.
