Marc is a terrible store manager was very rude and a poor excuse for a “manager”. Have been going in for a year or more and everyone has always been very nice and helpful. Recently bought my pups some doggie cloths and I was wanting to buy them online but I had to spend $49 to get free shipping so I made a trip to the store after work and already knew what I wanted. When I arrived I saw that the prices on the items were higher and I priced-matched to online price. I was told I couldn’t use the store offer of buy one get one 50% off but I asked about the 15% friends & family coupon and was told that was fine (as should be since online offered that coupon on top of the reduced prices). Perfect! Got my cloths and went home. Arrived home tried them on my pets (got clothes for two dogs). And they didn’t fit my littlest one so the next day I went to the store and wanted a straight across even exchange for a smaller size and found some other items that were cute so I got them as well (paid extra for the items) handed my 15% coupon for the other clothes that I hadn’t used it on and was NEVER told I couldn’t use it. Perfect once again. (Marc helped me this time) Went home and tried them on again (the new items they got and the one i exchanged) some style of clothing didn’t fit their Body shape and the one I got my smaller pet was now TOO small. Went in made sure everything I was exchanging was the exact same price thought it’d be an easy straight across even exchange since I returned 4 items and was getting 4 items again (including some of the same exact clothing) everything price matched exactly. I would pay $0 since no price changed. When she did it it was saying I needed to pay more and I didn’t understand why when it was just an exchange. Took forever to figure out but at last it worked out. That cashier that helped me was SUPER nice. (Marc came to help her and he wasn’t the nicest but wasn’t rude or anything). Perfect! Success. Went back home and everything fit except ONE outfit so I went in and wanted to exchange item bought from a medium to a small. But now the dilema was that the small was $7.49 online oppose to the medium being $9.99 online. So I asked what would be easier to do that. She said i couldn’t use the 15% with a price match and told her I did it earlier that day. She went to go get Marc. Marc came out PISSED. Raising his voice at me “We can’t keep doing this. We can’t do this for you anymore I was notified that we ALREADY went above and beyond for you because it should have only been used once (ok I didn’t know customer service and going above and beyond for a customer was a once time deal). He said the coupon could only be used on one purchase. So I told him it’s the same purchase because it’s the same item from the same initial receipt... and he walked away from me left me talking. When I asked the cashier for to talk to the store manager she said really rudely “he’s not here” and I said when is he here when can I talk to him? And she said “idk he’s at the Clackamas location” so I asked for his name and for the corporate number. She walked away and left me talking to myself. They didn’t want to give me the information. When I finally got it I called the Clackamas store and was lied to about the store manager being there. I am waiting a call from the store manager. But there is NO need to ever be rude especially when I was very nice until Marc came out raising his voice at me. When you are a manager you should be able to deal with any customer in a professional way and as a HUMAN you should be able to speak to other humans kindly. Would never hire that guy and don’t think he deserves to be manager ANYWHERE. RUDE RUDE RUDE.

I asked if there was charcoal filters for the new litter box I bought for my cat and the cashier told me that there's only two people there she would have to go back and check. But she did not offer to go back and check she just acted like she was not able to. It is not the customers issue that there are only two employees on staff during business hours. She should have offered to go back and get them if I was going to be able to wait.
