Good expirence. Clean and friendly staff. Store is well organised and i never have a hard time finding what i need. Makes it nice and i always find myself looking at all the other goodies and spending lots of money. Its a easy place to do this at but thats not a bad things. I get to get lots of stuff for my little baby puppy.

Recently stopped by to purchase a couple fish. The attendant asked the size of my tank and then lectured me that the tank was too small for that type of fish. (20 gallon for an Angel fish). I said I'd had one for years and it did fine. She then bagged the fish and said she'd be right back.  After several minutes she re-appeared with a supervisor who also began to lecture. I appreciate the advice, but don't appreciate the lecture. They don't know the long term plans and should stop after dispensing their knowledge/belief. I walked out and won't be back.

Excellent costumer service. Very knowledgeable :) Showed me the puppy training guide and saved me some money on my purchase and I’ll will be returning tomorrow for the puppy orientation!

The customer service there is awful! Saturday morning I went to go purchase an item for my dog and waited for someone to help me at the cashier, no one was at the front to help me out so I had to look around for some assistance, when I found someone to help me ring up the item, a woman of the name Trisha, gave me such attitude. I had asked her if I could get rung up and her response was "we don't open until 9" it was after 9 so no excuses for the remark. the whole time she was ringing me up there was nothing but attitude. I will not go there again with that kind of staff.
