Always kind of cool to check out the fish, hamsters, etc. after going to Barnes and Noble. As far pricing, from what I have seen they are about the same as PetSmart. This location does have a decent reptile section.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. We will never be shopping this store again. We bought a Chameleon from here a 2 weeks again and we should have realized it was a bad idea as soon as the lady getting him for us dropped him. We tried to pay for the Chameleon to reserve him and buy the cage so we can take it home and set it before coming back to pick the Chameleon up but the lady who helped us (Briana) told us we had to buy the Chameleon take him home then come back for the cage. Which makes no sense at all. We had to go to the vet today because we found our Chameleon this morning on the bottom of his cage. The vet said he was heathy but had some broken ribs from a fall and was having a hard time breathing. He died while we were at the vets office. We called this petco since this is where we got him from and spoke with the manager Rachel. She was EXTREMELY rude from the beginning. We let her know what was going on that we were at the vet and he was dead and to ensure he was gone and not suffering the vet wanted to euthanize him. Rachel said no if we wanted a refund we needed to bring his body in so she could see it per policy. We brought him in and she refused to look at him or say anything about how she spoke with us on the phone. Her customer service is terrible. We had to bring our dead animal all the way down since she wouldn’t even speak to the vet and she still wouldn’t even look at him.

They are good about having the shelves stocked with all the brands of dog food and other supplies.  I've also had my pets groomed here.  They did a pretty good job but could use some time management in the grooming department.
