EDIT: Store has gone downhill. Have heard management screaming across the store and they seem to have lost all the girls in grooming I loved at the end of last year. Cheerful friendly air is totally gone, probably because it seems like they treat employees horribly. Huge disappointment.
Posted right after grand opening: Love this store! The groomers are amazing, and always friendly, and I'm so happy when they're on the register because they're undoubtedly more cheerful than everybody else. Most other workers are pleasant, though there are a few who can be very testy.

Everyone was so friendly and had a genuine interest in our new rescue dog, Bella, (who loved the treats and attention. ) Brought her in for a bath and cut and grooming staff was really nice about keeping us informed on how everything was going and even told us at drop off that they would go slow and go at our dogs pace since it was her first time. Staff was so sweet with her and even the lady at check out said how cute she was. Lots of cool rescue groups there on weekends.

I would think twice about working at this store. I was convinced by a manager that I should leave my old job because I would be getting 'good' hours working at this store. Not long after becoming an employee they had let me go WITHOUT notifying me which was a month before I had to leave for Surgery. They let me believe I still had a job with them. I would never recommend ANYONE to work for this store. Hopefully the other petcos don't have a manager like the one at this store.

Its like almost every other Petco but Pam was awesome! She was so kind and funny, I dont live here but i visit often, but I'd come back with my pup to see her again!

My review is specifically for the grooming salon and a groomer named "Jennifer". She did our cats several times...those of you who have cats know how difficult it is to find cat groomers, and even harder to find groomers that do a great job. They got shampoos, nail trims and "panty" trims. Great groomer, our cats came back happy and unstressed. Sadly, we just found out she was no longer there.
