The female trainer who claimed would help with my Siberian Husky decided to kick my dog out of training a few months back because she allegedly bit a "male" manager before a class and decided to later to bring it up. My dog has never bit anyone because she was always at my side so there wasn't any time for her to bite someone. It was obvious she was getting fed up with her because of my Siberian Husky's hyperness. I wouldn't recommend her if she is even still there(she says she would be quitting to working at the animal shelter); she also claimed she had ADHD and my dog had it also, which was very awkward. I would stick with the  trainer Ryland who knows what he's doing.

Very disappointing to know a Pet Store actually fired an employee after his Dog past away, I thought they cared about their employees and were  "Pet Friendly" but i guess i was wrong, not only did this employee knew how to make you feel welcomed  and was very knowledgeable but he would assist you even when he was busy unlike the other employees looked at you and did not ask you if you needed help. Very Very disappointed and will make sure to get the word out there

Several times now there has been no one to ring up my purchase. Last night I stood at the register for several minutes while three employees ignored me. I finally looked up their phone number and called the customer service line to ask someone who was in the back to come up front and check me out. Seriously, I couldn't make up something this crazy. I wonder if they would even notice if someone walked out with a cart full of merchandise without paying.

Absolutely horrible. The employees don't say a word. All of the tanks were disgusting. When they were cleaning the dwarf hamsters, the lady scooped a dwarf hamster up with a scooper, and dropped him in the to tank. I was worried about the hamster. (It seemed fine but still) the bearded dragon tank was really dirty and had over 15 bearded dragons in there.
