I visited yesterday evening to make a return and pick up a few items. This was the second time I've visited this location and have been impressed both times. Store is clean and organized with a great selection of food and toys. They have a "dog treat bar," which I absolutely love (my dog is a big fan of the green "breath mint" dog bones). Customer service was great. All three staff members working at the time were attentive, polite, and personable. They processed my return smoothly, even without a receipt. Cashier even offered to have an associate help me out to my car with my cat litter, which was a particularly nice touch. I have arthritis and always dread lifting and carrying heavy items, especially cat litter, so this small touch means a lot to me. Will definitely visit again!

Always professional and courteous to the needs of the customer. Never had an issue with any of the staff. Seem like they actually care about their jobs.

Good store but for some reason everyone I go there it's hard to find someone to help you but all in all they usually have what you need just don't get your dog groomed here

Worst experience ever!Grooming wise!i made an appointment and they did not tell me he needed his bortadella vaccacines.He is only 12 weeks.My puppy had all his vacacines and they told me they could not take him in.Worst Store ever!I took him to Petsmart it was a way better experience!Petsmart is super much better than you guys!never visiting u guys again!
