Groomers=Lazy... Your dogs need to be professionally groomed prior to bringing them to get groomed here! Groomer wasn't receptive, sat on phone texting instead of greeting or making eye contact, looked at my dog for a second and said they need to be shaved. These dogs are brushed daily so I don't fall into that BS when a groomer is lazy and doesn't want to deal with long haired dogs... WOW, won't be coming back

We went in tonight to buy our usual dog food that we go for about once a week. The staff is usually amazing and always goes above and beyond for us. But the past few times we have went and encountered the cashier at the counter Alonnah, she has been nothing but rude to us. She always seems as if we did something wrong to her or as if we are an inconvenience and doesn’t want to help us, has a terrible attitude, and when we ask her for something like to come around and scan the 50lb bag of dog food in our basket she sighs and gave a rude look! This has happen to us about 3 different times with her. I was upset upon leaving I told my boyfriend we are no longer shopping here. Sad that one bad employee can ruin such a great store.

Went to grab a pooper scooper from here, 8/7/2017 @ 12:30. Website advertised it @ $11.69, instead of $24.99 showed our cashier Maya, I was in Google search she asked if I could bring it up on petco website, i was having trouble finding it, after only a min or two, the other cashier piped in, and in a very rude and unprofessional way, said "just give him a 2 dollar discount, that's the best we can do". I continued to try and find item on website which I did after probably 5 min, LOL. Maya, you were great, very patient and understanding. Top notch customer service! Other unknown cashier you could improve, maybe change jobs, maybe one that doesn't involve direct interaction with customers.
