UPDATE:
Had to go back for reasons not my own, and again we were treated to an unprofessional staff and had a horrible experience. 

I shop at this chain store ALL over the country. Usually reliable- but not this location. 
Manager has a serious case of too much power, thinks he is a big deal when in reality he is running a very poor store (and I know 90% if not more of his employees do not like him) 

MATCH THE PRICE- I’ve never had a problem having a price matched at any PetCo other than this one. They require you to open their website and show them that moment- go to any other location and it won’t be any where near this difficult to get them to match THEIR OWN PRICES. 

This store needs a complete overhaul- DO NOT SHOP HERE 

If I could give them 0 Stars, I would. Incredibly rude, disrespectful assistant manager (basically a 12 year old in a 30 year old mans body), and very untrained staff. 

They are also very discriminatory and try to stifle your constitutional rights. 

I’ll either order online from now on, shop elsewhere, or drive over an hour to the next nearest PetCo. 

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, seriously.

My dog and I were treated nicely and the staff was polite to me. You must have had a bad day. They love animals too..

Its a great place to buy cat/dog food and supplies. But a little expensive

I am only giving one star because I have to. I would prefer to give 0 stars if I could.  The groomer Melissa thinks she is a vet and tells you all about your dog. They nicked a blister on our Yorkies back, after being instructed what to do and tried to blame it on us. DO NOT GO HERE OR PURCHASE FROM HERE....

I took my dog (maltese) here to be groomed. They called me to come pick him up because they said he nipped at them while they were trying to cut his hair. I didn't think an 11 pound dog could be so scary. Seems pretty normal to me for a dog and that's why they're in holsters. But that explains why they were the easiest dog groomers to get into.
