So the lady that groomed my dog did a good job! So my issue was the very next day after my dog got groomed her eye was very red irritated and full of boogers. I took her to the vet and the very first question they asked me was if she got groomed recently. The vet believed they had gotten soap in my dogs eye. I was unhappy because not only did I pay for a grooming but also a vet bill! All they could offer me was a 10% discount off my next visit. I think they can do better than that it’s their responsibility once my dog is in their care they need to be a little more careful. I won’t be doing business here anymore.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The customer service in the front is friendly and helpful, and the groomers in the back always leave my dog looking super-fresh! Their selection is also top-notch, both in foods and pet products. I've been coming here for years and I don't see that changing. 
Jack and Rascal's is highly recommended for any pet owner!

Very happy with Jack & Rascals! Took my dog in for a bath and was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They treated my dog with respect and like their own. Gave him a full scrub and nail trim. He came out very clean and very happy. Definitely taking my dog back for sure. Will recommend to all my friends with fur-babies.

Great selection of food, toys and treats. Really friendly staff and extremely helpful. Great grooming services. Some services are by appointment only and some are walk in so call first. Frozen beef and bison marrow bones are a must for my 🐕.

Have been shopping here for years. They have a great selection of food for your dog and cat. Also a terrific grooming staff. We have taken our dogs here for years. Appreciate the locally owned shops.
