Shaun was very extremely helpful with just everything! Before he even clocked in he greeted us and even gave posters to our 3 children.. just amazing, at least 3 workers there asked if we needed help.. Very informational and dedicated with their job.. it's very pleasing when you go in somewhere and have so many people helping You! I just can't get over how well customer service is here (which is very rare and stores nowadays) as has always been. Helped us get the fish tank to our vehicle and everything!! He needs a raise!!! Will defiantly recommend !! Awesome service!!

Very satisfied with my dog’s grooming experience. This was my first time ever getting my dog groomed, so I didn’t know much about the different services offered. Arrianna listened to my concerns about my dog’s coat and did exactly what needed to be done. My dog had a MAJOR shedding problem and when I picked her up, the shedding was nearly gone. It went from petting her and getting globs of fur to only a couple strands of fur! She trimmed her nails and files them down so they aren’t so jagged. I’m one happy customer and I’ll definitely be bringing my pooch back to get groomed at Petco.

Very dissatisfied with the grooming service at this Petco. We travel from Florida to Roswell and groom our pup here while we are in town so she can be ready for Christmas pictures and every year for three years now they cancel my appointment that I make BEFORE Christmas and can’t reschedule me until after the holidays. What is the point of making a appointment if your just going to cancel them all of the time.
