My dog's shedding and nails were out of control, and I had to do something ASAP!
This was my first visit to Petco, I got an appt very quickly. I was definitely impressed! The new Groomer Haley was so very good with my pup. She's normally afraid of new places and hates nail trimming, but Haley suggested some new approaches. My pup left very happy, not to mention she still looks and smells amazing days later! I will definitely return!

I returned a few days later with a friend to check out some collars and dog toys. I found a lot of great stuff at sale prices! 
We love checking out the birds and reptiles too! 

Had an overall great experience again! I'm usually a fan of the other pet store, but because of the pleasantries I've had, I'm making this my home store. Keep up the good work :)

I absolutely adore our local Petco. The people that work there are fantastic, knowledgeable, and helpful, with many having worked there for years. This low employee turnover speaks volumes for how good it is to work there in my opinion. Getting to know employees who become familiar with you and your pets over the years is a benefit to the customer in so many ways too! 
The animals are well-taken care of and healthy, their birds are always bright-eyed and curious. The selection is great, and the Petco Pals reward system coupled with coupons, sales, price-matching, and online purchasing makes for some screaming deals! I definitely prefer Petco for my pets' needs.

Friendly staff very helpful. Wish they took better care of all the animals and reptiles. I understand you are a large chain of stores but better care is always possible.

I come here very often and I like to bring my blue heeler puppy in with me for socialization and because it's dog friendly. Like most hyper pups he enjoys to jump on the humans because he can't always control his excitement. As much as i would love to put him in puppy training classes we just can't afford it, which i have to explain every time. EVERY TIME that i bring him into the store most of the cashiers HAVE to point out the fact that jumping is bad and i'm not doing things right with my dog and the way that i am training him and that nothing will work except puppy classes. I like to come here because i get great discounts and i spend lots of money with my pals rewards, but i dont like to bring my dog anymore because of the way they treat me when i am with him.

I am boycotting this store. They absolutely do not take care of the animals there. I have been there several times to see dead fish, including several large koi fish. The reptiles are very very often without water. The service here is the worst service of any business I have been to in Bozeman. I have had to wait a ridiculously long time for help every single time I have been there because they can't find someone to help me, and honestly several of the people working there are just plain rude and clearly should not be working customer service. I am very saddened by this, but honestly, go to PetSmart instead, you be much less disappointed.
