I bought my daughter a 3 gallon glow fish tank , we set everything up and a couple of days later went to buy the glow fish.  The girl working asked what size tank we had and when I told her she said we could only get a beta bc any other fish would just die in a 3 gallon tank, even though the tank we bought was specifically for glow fish, i didn't get her name but she was early 20s with blonde hair and very rude. We went elsewhere to buy our fish and they are still alive over a year later! (In a 3 gallon tank) this was the only bad experience I've had here,  any other time has been great.

MY Auburn colored Collie "Angel" had the best hair cut - nails - bath ever. I wish I remembered the girls name, but, she is a TRUE professional. We are now lifetime customers.

We have been shopping at this Petco since it opened but probably won't be back. I needed some dog food, and the guy that was 'working' there said that they probably had what I was wanting, but it was probably in a pallet. He didn't bother to go and see if they had any in the back, and didn't offer to check to see if it was on the pallet. What are the employees there for? I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Groomers. I went in on 2/17/17 to ask a question the groomer answered and gave her opinion (should I get my dog shaved or just deal with the shedding? He's a  pug). Her answers were given with expect experience, and gave pros and cons about it, and even provided visual examples for me. I set an appoint for the next day at 9:30 am Sun. I showed up 5 mins early (the store doesn't open until 10 am). My pug isn't the easiest dog to even brush so I know she had a time trying to get him to stop being a wiggle worm. The groomer made sure I had all my discounts. When I went to pick my pug I was nervous because I had never had him shaved. HE LOOKED AMAZING! I know he was a handful yet she pulled it off, everything was even hair wise and nails, and he smelled wonderful. The groomer came in early, handled my dogs wiggle fit, and she just did a wonderful job. Thank you so much! Groomer: Rue. You are top notch! Thank you for going out of your way for me. I appreciate it. I hope this goes to whom ever can give you a rise.
