Was charged 33 percent over quoted price for grooming.  Groomer was polite but argumentative and listed my spaniel as a collie.  Had to call corporate headquarters for refund.  Didn't hear from management till complaint was filed with corporate.  Location is convenient but not worth it.  Will not be returning.

I took my Papillon in for grooming with very specific instructions. The girl did a horrible job. She was supporting help from another location. She was rude and left my dog with uneven ears (which we asked her not to touch). When I told the cashier, he stopped the manager (who was in shopping on his day off). He apologized, sincerely, and made amends. It was his day off and he still took the time to fix the situation. I was extremely impressed and will return because of that. (And because I know to ask for my original groomer who has always been fantastic).

I tried to have my Shiba Inu groomed. I was called about 25 minutes after I dropped her off and was told that for "safety reasons" they wouldn't groom her. They said she screamed when they tried to bathe her. I warned them that this is common of the breed when I called to make the appointment, but they didn't seem concerned. An absolute waste of time.
