Overall a good store. The staff did not see super excited which if you work in a store full of animals wouldn't you be happy? There were no dog coats for larger dogs which was disappointing. Dog food was a good price and had a good variety.

Great place, staff is very helpful and look happy to be there. Esperanza was especially helpful, answering any and all of my ridiculous gerbil questions. 10/10 Will shop and recommend again.

Your typical big box pet supply store. Everything is over priced, especially the poor selection of animals they carry at times. If you need supplies now and are willing to pay the price, they are there. If you can wait, you can get anything they stock on Amazon for FAR less. If you are looking for a pet, you are far better of rehoming on Craig's list or finding a local breeder.

The staff are amazing here. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone is eager to help. Good place.

Always has the best outfits nice people working there. I hope the new one in North Conway follows in their paw prints 😁 how ever their bathroom is always discustingly dirty.
