I have yet to visit a Petco store where the staff was not only available and friendly, but very knowledgeable.  We visited the Petco in Hookset on Wednesday night looking for items for our new Guinea Pigs.  Mickey was very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable and answered all our questions in precise detailed statements.  We will be making this our go to pet store, especially after visiting several other stores where service and knowledge were not to be found.

The manager here is AWFUL. Rude, condescending, and does not offer to make things right. I will never shop at Petco again because of her- she said she would return an  item for us and  when we came to  return it, she told us she was upset because it impacted her store numbers. Um... what does that have to do with us? You said you would make it right, so make it  right  and  stop  complaining  to the customer about YOUR issue.  I posted her angry rant on social media. She's awful. 

I tell everyone I know about the terrible service here. Stick with Chewy!!!

Always have what I need with knowledgeable staff present. Easy in and easy out, plus decent pricing. Especially with the Pals card.

Grooming is good. Although I was in line with my dog and another dog behind us scared my dog and he pooped, and they made me pick it up, instead of one of the staff. Never had any other Petco suggest I do that...

This is the best Petco I have been to. The staff goes out of their way to ensure you get what you need and welcoming from when you walk in the door. They know their animals, and they know animal people.
