We found two new kittens and one new puppy and we didn't have any food, litter, or money to get any and went to the night manager for help and she bought us a bag of iams kitten food and puppy food {a very good brand} and arm and hammer clump and seal litter {also a great brand}  out of her own pocket for our new babies! She spent well over $30 to help make sure our furry babies was taken care of! We asked for the receipt so we could pay her back and she refused to let us pay her back and said just make sure to take care of them in the future! We really appreciate it and will recommend this store to anyone!

I've been coming to this location for 2 months. My first 2 visits they had the cat food that I was looking for but I bought the last of it. For the last 6 weeks I keep coming in to find that it STILL hasn't been restocked. The manager keeps checking "the system" & telling me that the specific item I'm looking for is scheduled to be delivered in one week. So I keep coming back. SIX TIMES. this is the closest pet store to my home but I keep having to go to their competitor, PetSmart, which is farther away. Today I finally gave up. If they can't even be bothered to deliver a product that's clearly in demand then they will continue to lose customers to their competitors. I'm not even going to waste my time going here anymore!

I do shop here a lot and I love that they have the petco foundation.  I also like the way they have remodeled the adoption area.  The kittens and cats are more visible and can play together.  I love that they allow local rescues to adopt out dogs on the weekends from this location.  I also like that most of their pet foods are grain free, non-gmo or organic.  I do find them to be very expensive and a lot of things are not priced.  Also,  the people working there are not always friendly.
