I love the variety and catching the sales! I've often been here and seen where they've missed potty spots to clean up (to the point where the pee has dried on the floor). And sometimes they don't always have the bedding I need for my small animal. The staff is always super nice and helpful.

I love PetSmart on Millerville.  Dawn, who works in the grooming department, is the only groomer that has ever groomed my fur baby, Cody.  She is the sweetest person to her clients and it's evident she truly cares for my baby.  Cody is always so excited to see her.  I once spoke with her on speaker phone and Cody ran all over trying to locate her.  The staff In the store always go out of their way to help customers.  I will never use another location or groomer to take care of my fur baby.

Generally this store is fine.  Leaving a 1 star review for one reason.  I recently bought a $50 heat bulb for my tortoise.  It stopped working after one use so I brought it back.  They took it back no problem but here is where the problem came in.  First they had no more of this bulb so I had to buy a more expensive version.  Second, when I came back a couple of days later the faulty bulb I had returned was back on the shelf even though I had told them during the return that it was bad.

Good for a quick item that is needed ASAP.  In other words an item I forgot to order on Amazon that I can bear paying a much higher price for.
