Me and my wife were in this store this afternoon to purchase food and treats for our dog and had the rudest experience with the store manager and one other employee. With a combined 30 years in customer service experience between us we have never allowed any employee or manager to ever speak to any customer or client in the manner that we were spoken to this afternoon. That mamanger and employee would have been fired immediately and the customer compensated the for the way the customer had been treated by their staff. We will never step foot in one of these establishments again. I am not sure what the markup on their products is for if it isn't for customer service. I don't have any interest in prolonging the life of this establishment by purchasing anything from them. I will happily pay twice as much for the product from one of their competitors to not ever step foot in there again. I would not recommend that anyone purchase anything from this store. Piss poor customer service. Thank you so very much Petco for your lack of respect for your customers

Me and my dog looove this Petco! The staff are amazing & extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great prices & sales with rewards, and an EXTENSIVE SELECTION of just about anything pet related you can think of! I also love their toys, they’re absolutely adorable.

Great store for pets. If you don't have a pet you can usually pet other people's pets in the store. My niece likes to go with me to get dog food for this reason. "To see all the fluffy animals"

Grooming staff very poor
I’ve had to bring my dog’s rabies papers three times because each time they seem to enter him under someone else phone number or not at all? So today after expecting my dog to be in the system (after three times) I did not bring his papers. When I got there he was in the system, but they told me “his rabies has expired” and they could not call my vet for it. I come home to double check his papers and they are not expired. It was just a lazy worker who didn’t feel like clipping a dog’s nails very disappointing will not be wasting anymore time here.
