I was once a loyal customer and purchased large quantities for a rescue.  On 12/31/15, my friends took their beloved dogs for grooming.  Skip was left unattended during the groomers 15 minute break, fell off the table and died of hanging.  Petco would only give the owners the truth if they signed an NDA.  Skip died because the groomer didn't care, and the family doesn't have the truth of what happened.  I cannot ever do business with Petco again.  Suddenly Petco has removed all the negative comments.  What is the point of review if Petco only keeps favorable ones?

Fairly large Petco that carries all the typical items. 5 star rating goes to the staff. Super knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Not just finding what you need, but also advice on specific products.

I have to give them kudos for effort. They do a very good job on service here however they were unable to complete an online order for me due to technical difficulties which is the only reason I am not giving them the five on this trip. I do really appreciate how much they support charitable causes for Animals as well as a corporation.
