Best place to buy pet supplies. Knowledgable staff, friendly service, grooming, a self-wash station, and in shopping around I am always amazed at how competitive their prices are. I would recommend this place to anyone. They are also very helpful in finding homes for pets in need and work closely with rescue groups.

Katie groomed my high-anxiety standard size labradoodle and did a GREAT job!! Very competitively priced, too. She gave me advice on his spring allergy issues, and new flea meds as his topical stuff is no longer working. Really wonderful find! Highly recommend - support local small business, people!

Such a great place! The owner is incredibly friendly and knowledgable. She's been so helpful with my dogs, cats, and even our little hamster. Her store is well stocked and she'll special order things if she doesn't have them on hand. She's a big supporter of local rescue groups and always has at least a few adoptable animals hanging out at the store . It's the only place I get my pet food. Sonoma's very lucky to have her and her little shop.

This is the perfect blend of small town kindness with quality product. Every time I frequent the store, I'm greeted with a smile and conversation...even when they're busy with others, the owner still finds time to talk. I had trouble with my cat's aggression with foster kittens and she led me to a great product!

I absolutely love this pet store every time I go when I feel like I'm family. Karen the owner makes me feel like I've just walked in to her house. Me and my son have been going to the pet store literally since he was born and every time we go in she says hi to my son and my son goes up and hugged her it's such a great experience !!!
