The workers here are always very helpful. I enjoy coming here to buy items for my guinea pigs and my friend's cat. I had one worker answer my question today wonderful when I asked about a certain guinea pig I had just saw two days. She explain to me why and I'm thankful for that. I tell all my family and friends to go to Petco for their pet items.

Megan, the trainer, is very knowledgeable and has helped in the training of my 6 month old GSD pup. He listens to both vocal commands and hand signals and she is always ready to give us new tips and tricks to try around the house as well as products to help out and about.. 

The grooming staff is so good with my puppy and gave us tips on how to make him more comfortable being groomed.

I am doing training classes for our 10 month old puppy.  She knew a lot of the things already but there were specific things that needed to be worked on.  Megan is a wonderful trainer that not only teaches with words, but also hand signals.  We are halfway through and our puppy listens so much better already.  She has taught us so much about routine and proper nutrition, as well as the best products to buy for dog care (stain remover, scent remover, leashes, collars, leaders, toys, etc).  It is great to have a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips.

Alyssa, the grooming salon manager, is the absolute best. We were nervous about bringing our Bella baby in for grooming, but Alyssa was very kind and helpful. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and was very professional. She made us feel very comfortable with her knowledge and her sweet demeanor. Not only did we feel safe putting our furbaby in her hands, Bella also looked and smelled absolutely fabulous when we picked her up! Her haircut was just what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Alyssa and her team to anyone looking for a great grooming experience :)
