I've been coming here consistently for the 2 years since I got my cat. The store has always been solid--clean, good variety of items, and helpful staff. (The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that my cat's food is often out of stock.) 

However, today I had a truly 5+ star experience which is why I am reviewing. I had to do a complicated return/exchange which ended up taking about 30 minutes due to various glitches. During that time, (I am mortified to say that) 4 employees had to help us. In spite of the fact that this was likely annoying and certainly time consuming, the staff ensured that I got what was owed me and that I had a great experience. Everyone, especially Marvin and Marshall, was SO nice, patient, genuinely kind, and determined that everything got done right, even if it took a long time. Not one sigh, not one eye roll, not one excuse. The team was superior. I will certainly come back and support this location.

Staff is very nice but some are not always so eager to help. The company is not at fault, it's just some workers with their own personality and work ethics. I complain about this and management was very helpful to correct the situation. I now see that this store seems to want to be as professional as possible and it's what they strive for. I will continue to come here and recommend this store to anyone.

I recently bought a budgie from this Petco and I saw a slight discoloration on her beak which I thought was something more serious than it actually was. The customer service representative who picked up the phone call was polite and energetic when speaking to me and my concern about my budgie. She went above and beyond and called the animal manager over which she didn't really have to. I wish I got her name so I could give her credit here. But the animal manager was also very sympathetic towards me and my concern for my budgie as well. He assured me all the budgies in the store were healthy and if I wanted I could bring the bird in fora vet visit. Turns out her beak was like that because of a change in diet and a lack of use of the mineral block which is provided for her. Silly me! The people working here are polite and respectful! Will continue to shop here and make this my go-to pet store!

Came here once to pick up dog food on Black Friday. Wasn't overwhelmingly packed for a sale day. They had a pretty good sale on the brand we buy so we took advantage. The store staff was helpful and answered our questions quickly. They also informed us of other items on sale that we might be interested in for our pooch. Normally we wouldn't come to this location but were close by and made the quick stop. This store has a parking lot right in front of the entrance so that was +.

Went here for the vaccine clinic. It was good. As expected. Low cost vaccines. Friendly staff. The petco itself is rather small but is just fine.
