The sales associate are limited in their knowledge of the animals, the products and caring for them. Don't expect expert advice if u need specific information. Oh, and they're OVER PRICED!!!!!

The workers know nothing about the animals, and the store manager Jose, is especially rude and ignorant. A bit overpriced but it’s mostly the horrible workers. If you ever need any advice, never go to Jose.
