Love the store and staff. Helpful but overbearing. I bring my dog here for indoor socializing. It's a safe place with wonderful smells for my fur baby

Even the one star is generous. I brought my pup in for a full haircut WITH appointment - all they did was his eyebrows and a bath. Than I was asked to pay full price for the full "haircut" and that I should make an appointment on another day because they had overbooked and were too busy to finish. My puppy walked around looking really surprised for weeks because his eyebrows were cut so short and the rest of him was still a big furball. He also still had gunk in his eyes, so the bath was poorly done as well. I was furious!
