Friendly and helpful staff that actually love animals. They can also help you if you have questions on diets too! I was very impressed with how Accurate and honest they were. I know a bit about animal diets, so when someone in my party asked the staff person his opinion I was impressed with how honest he was about each product. I would definitely recommend this place

I had brought my dog in to get a bath, and he already had a stomach issue, even though it was fixed. But, once they I believe they didn't clean the water bowls. Because he got sick immediately after I got them home. Then do to his stomach things, he started losing his hair real fast and then growing it but shedding real bad I should say, and a stomach problem for dogs also same with humans has a lot to do with their hair. So I had to get medicine from my veterinarian. And it took time and money to get him back where he was before I had brought him there. I kept calling and going to this store to talk with the manager, but she was never there. She was either with her family before supper time or just not there. So, I'm letting people know about this incident on here to be aware of dirty water bowls. And I've brought him 8n a few times before this, so they get so busy and Don't clean bowls in between animals. And my dogs has and always have ALL his shots to include kennel cough. So I get more than what is needed on my dog because I don't want him sick or anything like that. But this ended up having it anyway.

I shop here a few times a year and 8 times out of 10 I have a bad experience. There have been two instances where I have been shamed or talked down to. Most recently I was shamed by the fish department girl for buying two feeder fish for my aquarium, she tried to upsell me and when I didn't want to get something different, she developed a snotty attitude. They're 29 cent fish that my daughter can watch, I don't really need to buy a more expensive fish than that. I've had fish for many years and have a pretty basic knowledge on how to care for them as well. And now that I've switched dog food to something that they don't carry, I think I'll stick to buying my pet supplies from another store.

If there was a negative star I would have chosen that! I  was so excited to bring my pups to get groomed here 1 for her 3rd time and the first time for my other dog . I made an appointment and brought my new to there dogs rabies vaccination record for them . Well they let her in but would not let my other  dog who has already been there cause I didn't have her rabies vacc. record with me. Why would I have to bring this every time? Then they said I was never there! Like how can you tell me that when I even got an email of my dogs "first spa day" picture from them? I Will Never ever go back there! I also got a call 2 days later saying my denied dog was due for a groomed and would I like to make an appointment!!😠

I have been to this PetSmart location many, many times, and never ran into any issues until today. I almost exclusively buy my pets food there, and even clothing, treats, training tools, ect. Over the course of the last five years, I have bought just about every type of training tool (front and back latching harnesses, gentle leader, martingale collars, ect) from this place, to correct my dogs behavior on walks. After working with a reputable trainer with 25+ years experience, for almost two years, he suggested the safest thing to use was a prong collar. As other dog owners may know, these can be pretty controversial, and I am well aware of that. I was trained by a professional on the proper way to use it, and only used it as a last resort. Today, I was in the store, and the woman checking me out had the nerve to shame me for buying a prong collar. Making someone feel bad for buying a product that your store sells, is so incredibly unprofessional. I have gone to this store and bought all of my pets needs there for the past 5 years, but I will no longer be returning.

So a heads up for anyone that has reached the conclusion to get a prong collar for their dog, consider going to another pet store, or buying one from a training facility instead.
