Terrible treatment of their reptiles. They have very skinny ball pythons, one of which is very dehydrated and has stuck shed. We offered to take him to try to save him and was told there was nothing wrong with him, he just had a little stuck shed and he would be full price which is $90. I will never shop there again.

This store needs to be shut down. It's a cluttered and unsafe mess with animals that aren't cared for properly. Both you and your pet can go get injured in the same place!

It was disgusting to see how many lies could come out of the employees mouths. One employee gave me a pamphlet for a house gecko l, when I was asking about a leaped gecko. At no point did she mention the fact that leaped geckos need vitamins, and moist hide, and a dry hide. If this is the information that they are giving customers then they are putting animal lives at risk. Not to mention that the enclosures were overcrowded and lined with sand. (Leapord geckos will eat the sand and die.)
