I have been bringing my dogs here to get groomed for many years. Nice people who do great work. I also have had my animals go through training courses at Petco and they do a great job. Great place to bring your furry friend's as you shop for their needs.

I was in and out fairly quickly. Usually the store isnt busy (at least when I go during the day). It's organized well and the signs hanging from the ceiling are helpful. There are interesting products for pets. They sell raw freeze dried mixers here that makes my dog's food more enjoyable than it already is, haha.

I had to go find someone to help me with the reptiles and then when I was asked what animal I wanted was the 2 adult leopard geckos they were almost hesitant.... and then I told them I have 9 at home and I am a breeder they cooled off with questions.. but when i brought them home about two weeks later i was checking on them and in their moist hide there was two eggs! One of the geckos was pregnant and they didn't know... housing adult geckos is dangerous.... especially a bunch of Males... I am incubating the two eggs now to see the morph but were being reckless...

They've been very helpful with getting me set up for my new puppy! He's a very picky eater, but I need to finish getting all his shots before I can bring him in, so a man that works there, wish I got his name, asked me some qualifying questions, suggested a food, and told me I can bring it back if he doesn't like it and we can go down the line until we find one that works. Luckily, his suggestion was spot on and I didn't have to do that. They act like real people there. No fluff, balogne, or salesy type of behavior, just helpful, down to earth, and relaxed. The store looks great, and everything is easy to find.

I've gone to this store about 5 times. I usually go look at the fish first. Not one time has an employee asked me if I needed help. I even purposely went over to where an employee was to see if she even noticed me and still got no acknowledgment. Today when I walked into the store, a red headed male asked me how I was. I told him good and then asked him how he was. Once he asked me how I was, he didn't even give me time to respond before he started talking to another employee completely ignoring me. Its like he was only asking because he had to and didn't care what my response would be or that I even responded. When leaving the store, the same red headed male employee walked out the store and threw his gum at the garbage can completely missing it. He walked away and left it. He could clearly see he missed the can. Your employees suck!
