We brought out 9 month old Blood hound puppy to train with Tori and she’s perfect. So sweet, clearly knows what she’s doing, and does well with teaching us too. If you want affordable dog training lessons with small groups, ask her!

We came here to look at hamsters for my daughter and walked out with a new family member. Store was super clean and the animals looked well cared for. Very friendly staff every time we go in and I believe they sell homemade dog treats or at least they looked homemade. I couldn't resist buying some for my sisters husky and her husky loved them. Will definitely come back.

Selection of Beta fish was not as big as other stores but prices were lower which my eight-year-old appreciated since she was spending her own money.

Had a really terrible experience here. I'll say this in two parts:

1: the aquarium/fish section is SAD. The fish tanks look disgusting and bacteria-infested. Sick fish. They have a large selection of packaged rotten plants - they don't keep them under any grow-lights, they're just on a shelf like any other products. Just awful. 

2: I came here because their website said they had a sale on the fliters I use for my tank. I noted that the ring-up didn't reflect the sale price. I showed the cashier the online sale price and she refused to price match on the store's very own website, demanding I sign up for a "perks" card. I said "no thank you, I'll just buy them online elsewhere if you won't price match your own website". She then said "sir, just sign up for our card and you can have them cheaper" ... ALL WHILE STILL HOLDING MY PHONE in her hand, as if I was now hostage. I ended up having to demand she return my phone and almost walked out, when she finally caved in and gave me the online price. 

I shouldn't have had to fight her over her store's price and her store's online price. Yes or No would have done and I'd have been on my way, but she opted to haggle me for a membership card I don't want. Will never shop here again.
