I took my 2 year old Pit Mix to get a bath here, and I was nervous because he is not on his best behavior when he gets groomed since he is scared of just about everything. Lindsay did an incredible job! She took the best care of my sweet little guy and he absolutely loved her! He is very nervous around water and she took the time to make sure that he was comfortable and enjoyed his bath. I could tell how much she loves animals by how sweet and compassionate she was with him. The rest of the staff in the grooming department were so sweet from the moment we walked in to the time we left. We loved our experience here, I won't take my boy anywhere else!

Ariel was very friendly and did a very good job waiting on the huge line of customers pretty quickly... Great service and great store

I normally just go here for my pup to get his nails trimmed and things like that. They're mostly helpful and have always done well on my dog. I will warn you that I did at one point see a worker in that area that was working with a nervous dog and that person was not tolerant about it. Hopefully they're no longer there. The store has a good variety with decent prices. They have staff but you end up having to go find someone to help you because they're usually just at the registers.

The employees are always happy to see our puppies and we have been very happy with the training classes.

I went on Cat day and this store had good free samples! Temptations and the treat mouse were on sale for this event. My furbabies luv that mouse (you put the treats inside so they have to work for it! Not too hard just have to tap it)
