Every time I have been to this location the staff has been so friendly and helpful. The only reason they did not get 5 stars from me is that a couple times I had to wait a long time for help in the fish department. Every staff member has been very knowledgable in response to my questions.

Took our dog in to get groomed! I can't remember her name but she's great! Really customer oriented, genuinely cares about animals! The other woman with her who is in the grooming department was at the computer and didn't really smile or acknowledge me, she acknowledged the family with the dog BEHIND me. The lady who was helping me had to take hints that she needed the computer to print me out a receipt. Overall I was satisfied. I always make sure my groomer is there! She's the best!

Do not take your dog here for grooming or nails!! We have been taking our dog here for 8 years and he hates his nails being trimmed but they have always taken him right back and done it quickly and gotten it over with and never once have they complained about him. Now all of the sudden they come out and do this new check where they put a choke collar on him and aggressively pull at his feet and mess with them to check them all out and see how he does. How do you think he does, he hates this!! Then he gets upset and pulls away and howls and they say he growled and acted aggressive toward her. If she new how to treat an animal that was nervous about something this would never have happened. They acted like he was a horrible dog, and I asked when they changed their procedure and started doing this, and I was lied to over and over as they kept telling me they've done this forever. I said, we've been going there every couple months for 8 years now and NOT ONCE has this been their procedure. We will never spend another dime at Petco and we will be telling everyone we know to stay away. It's sad, we used to love this store.

Worst grooming service bar none. At one appointment they totally butchered my dog to the point he had to have several stitches and left him with a half haircut where he looked ridiculous. It took him several months to heal from stitches. They were so apologetic they offered me another haircut for free, so I thought I’d give him a second chance. But then I make an appointment after several months of my poor dog healing and looking totally mangy only to arrive and find out their groomer wasn’t even there. They never called me to reschedule my appointment. Never again! Please do not take your dogs there they will be butchered and their customer service is horrible!!!!
