I went there and they were so nice, and so much better then the one on Greenwich. I heard they have sick puppies there. Which is so sad. I will for sure be visiting petland so many more times. And they are closer that the one out east. Also they let there puppies rest. The other one never let the puppies rest.

Workers focusing all attention on people visiting dogs rather than paying customers ready to check out.  Made a return of 2 unused frisbees as my dog destroyed the other 2 of them within the first minute and wasn't going to waste another $6.43.  At this time I was informed I could only get store credit so now I have store credit for a store I will never return to.  My receipt says cannot be used or opened.  Frisbees do not come in any packaging but you can clearly see it was unused.  I returned within 5 days of my original purchase with reciept on hand.  I won't be returning to this store.  It is too new and no one knows what is going on around there.

The people here are very nice, however, the business is awful. I have personally bought a dog from the other petland in Wichita with no problems. They explained all the paper work, explained why and what I was signing, told me how much my payments would be and when the date they would start. It took over an hour but this place? In and out within 10 minutes of picking a dog and getting approved. Nothing explained. Not to mention the dog already has issues. 1500 for a dog that’s suppose to have a health guarantee. Save your money and go to a shelter. I would never come back to THIS petland to buy another dog. Very sloppy. Extremely disappointed.

Only giving one star because there's not a 0 option. i bought my puppy on a sunday. Nothing was explained to me, i was rushed in and out. No payment amount, date, or any of that was clarified. I got home and after a few days i noticed my dog has one dew claw (looks like it was botched), a HUGE lump on his back ( 5 in by 2 in), he has kennel cough to the point where the cough makes him gag, and he has cherry eye. the contract states you have to take your dog to THEIR vet within 5 days. 1. I don't live in wichita so i can't just take him to wichita for an appointment. 2. I as an adult work full time. meaning, i can only get my dog in for an appointment on a saturday. (which is after the 5 days). I spent 1500 on a dog that has issues that i won't be reimbursed for because "i missed the 5 day deadline)" yet they claim to have a "14 day health guarantee". OH, then they say they have a vet check their dogs weekly. okay well if that's the case, and they "don't miss anything", you're telling me you didn't notice a huge lump on my dogs back? you didn't notice only one dew claw?  Don't go here. Go to a shelter. They make you pay thousands of dollars for dogs that a poorly cared for. She claims to "love her dogs" but if she loved her dog she wouldn't let her dogs leave with the kinds of issues mine has now. it's only been 10 days since i bought him, might i add.

The staff takes great care of the dogs and the owner really cares about the welfare of the puppies she sells.
